Scheduled Training

Definition

A scheduled course is defined as a public course appearing on a MicroStrategy or MicroStrategy Authorised Training Centre (MATC) schedule.

Confirmation of Enrolment

Enrolments will not be accepted unless accompanied by appropriate evidence of the required method of payment (cheque, purchase order, Bankers Draft etc).
Enrolments are accepted on a strictly first-come first-served basis; early enrolment is therefore encouraged. Enrolments will be confirmed and joining instructions provided by mail or fax, on receipt of a fully completed enrolment form.
If you do not receive confirmation, call our Course Administrator for a verbal confirmation before coming for a course.

Payment of Fees

For courses where a fee is applicable, the Fees are invoiced and payable in full before a course commences.
For courses where a fee is waived, no invoice shall be raised except where the cancellation or transfer fee applies.

We reserve the right to refuse a student entry to a course where payment in full is expected and has not been received prior to commencement.

Cancellations and Transfers

All cancellations and transfers must be confirmed in writing.

The following cancellation fees apply for courses where a fee is applicable:

up to 14 days prior to start date - 100% of standard course fee

The following cancellation fee applies for a course where the fee is waived:

15-28 days prior to start date - 25% of the standard course fee or £250, whichever is the greater amount.

up to 14 days prior to start date - 50% of the standard course fee or £500, whichever is the greater amount.

A transfer fee of 25% of the standard course fee will applied to students whose enrolments are transferred to a different course or date within 14 days of the original course start date.

MicroStrategy Limited reserves the right to cancel those courses for which there are insufficient enrolments. If a course must be cancelled, MicroStrategy will make best efforts to advise all enrolled students at least one week prior to the starting date, and arrange a free transfer to another scheduled start date of the same course.

Substitution of one student for another will be accepted without charge, but must be supported by a fully-completed enrolment form. Any student for whom an enrolment form has not been completed may not be accepted on the first day of the course.
