Staff Vetting
We ensure that every member of the Team has been assessed through the recruitment process to be capable and enthusiastic about working with children. We plan to operate our nurseries with a proportion of trained team members 50% higher than the Ofsted Standard. Therefore we are generally recruiting people who have a track record in childcare.
However, whatever their back ground or last place of work we ensure all new members of the nursery teams undergo a Criminals Record Bureau check. As people work in at least groups of two there are always checks and balances in place to ensure your child is only cared for by people who genuinely want the best for them.
